These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography services provided by Bella Photography London. By booking a session or project, clients agree to the following terms.

1. Booking and Deposit

A booking is confirmed once the session fee has been paid. This secures the agreed date and time and is therefore non‑refundable.

2. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a session with reasonable notice. Bella Photography London will make every effort to accommodate a new date where possible, particularly in cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances. Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled date at the photographer’s discretion.

3. Cancellations

If a client cancels a booking, the deposit is non‑refundable. In certain circumstances and with sufficient notice, the deposit may be transferred to a future date. If Bella Photography London must cancel due to illness or circumstances beyond control, all payments received will be refunded or an alternative date offered.

4. Photography Sessions

Sessions are conducted in a relaxed and efficient manner. While every effort is made to capture a wide range of images, the exact number and style of photographs delivered may vary depending on the nature of the session and cooperation of participants.

5. Image Delivery

Clients will receive a private online viewing gallery, typically within two weeks of the session unless otherwise agreed. From this gallery, clients may select and purchase digital images or other products where applicable.

6. Editing and Style

All delivered images are professionally edited in the photographer’s established style. Bella Photography London does not provide RAW or unedited images. Additional retouching requests may be accommodated at the photographer’s discretion.

7. Copyright

Copyright of all photographs remains the property of Bella Photography London. Clients receive a licence for personal use, allowing them to download, share and print purchased images for non‑commercial purposes.

8. Commercial Use

For business or brand photography projects, usage rights will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Any additional commercial use beyond the agreed scope must be approved in writing.

9. Model Release

Unless otherwise agreed, Bella Photography London reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes. Clients may request that certain images remain private.

10. Archiving

Final edited images are archived for a minimum of six months following delivery. Clients are encouraged to download and securely store their images upon receipt.

11. Print and Colour Variation

Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed materials due to differences in calibration and printing processes. Bella Photography London cannot guarantee exact colour matching across all devices and print suppliers.

12. Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss of images, illness or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to a full refund of any payments received. Bella Photography London will take all reasonable steps to ensure services are delivered as agreed.

13. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time for sessions and ensuring any required permissions for locations are obtained. For sessions involving children, a responsible adult must be present at all times.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
